Yes. We’re fully insured with $1M+ of general liability and workers compensation coverage. COI certificates available upon request issued as soon as next day.
We match pressure and chemicals to the surface. We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage, cracks, oxidation, loose surfaces, or leaks from faulty seals, windows or vents. Tell us about known issues before we start.
Some stains, like deep rust, old oil, or efflorescence from irrigation systems won’t fully come out with standard cleaning. We’ll tell you before we start.
Sometimes. We’ll confirm it when we schedule, and will let you know in advance before service day.
We follow EPA wastewater containment standards under the Clean Water Act and use biodegradable detergents wherever possible.
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. Cash, or check. 5% Fee on past due after 30 days.
We’re based in Wamego, Kansas. Jobs outside of a 50 mile radius will incur a mileage fee since we bring all necessary tools and equipment right to your home, business, or jobsite.
